The Coaching Process

At Career Management Consultants, Inc., we have over ten years experience supporting corporate executives on the path to success.

 

We understand the investment the individual is making in the corporation, and the corporation is making in the individual. Providing the support of an Executive Coach can be the difference between an executive that is merely effective and one that can maximize their potential in a way that pays substantial benefits to both the corporation and the individual. The Executive Coaching program includes a three stage process:

 

Step 1- Information and Awareness:  through interview and coaching sessions and, if desired, data from peers and subordinates, the executive gains an understanding of how to maximize potential within the corporate environment.

 

Step 2-Development Planning:  development of a personal plan is a key process for the executive to take ownership of the actions required to maximize potential for greater success.  Together, the executive and the coach develop the strategies and tactics for development.

 

Step 3-Plan Implementation:  coaching an executive through the implementation of the plan assures the results will be achieved as new skills become "second nature."

In this seminar, the group will learn about their own social style and how to interact productively with people who do not share their same social style.  Used with a department or in a team setting, this model can help provide a map of how to interact effectively with other members.
